i was looking at a big book of van gogh paintings a few days ago and it reminded me it’s about time i learn to paint. i wish i could take a class but i can’t afford it, so i already started watching youtube videos and reading a book. i’ll be starting out with watercolors since it’s the cheapest paint there is, but i also like the look of it. i’ve been trying out fake watercolors in photoshop, but obviously the real thing can’t be replaced. also i would welcome the opportunity to spend less of my time staring at a computer screen.
